We have worked with VMS for three years. When they arrived we were in a bit of a mess, with the loss of key personal in our venues team, some out dated modes of practice and low morale due to an internal restructure. VMS helped us to improve the safety in our venues, the collation of event data and reinvigorate our events programme. They lead a rebrand of our student club nights seeing year on year increases in attendance. We have seen growth in the number of events, attendance and bottom line profitability alongside increased satisfaction ratings from our customers. We had a major problem with our Box Office, where the back process collapsed and VMS where there with their expertise to help us rebuild the business and functionality without customers and partners ever realising the back end crisis. They have also made our budgeting process a lot simpler saving a lot of management time. Their expertise in event management and planning has paid dividends as we have been able to increase capacities for our balls to enable us to put on bigger events for our students. Their industry contacts have been in valuable in improving our licensing and operating capacities. This success has been done through VMS working with our existing teams to make efficiencies, improve standards consistency in the delivery of our events. As time goes by our relationship has evolved and we are currently renegotiating our relationship and VMS have remained flexible and professional throughout the process, looking to meet our evolving needs within a fast changing entertainments industry.
